Booth Information (Revised Information):
· Exhibit Setup:
Booth must be set up anytime after 12 noon, on Sunday, i.e., 11th November, 2012.
Exhibit Period:
Exhibit Dismantling: Exhibit dismantling may begin on the final day of the Conference i.e., Wednesday 14th November 2012, only after the official closing of the event after 5:00 pm.
A representative must be present at the exhibit booth during all times when Exhibition is officially open. Exhibit space must be maintained in a neat and orderly manner throughout the Exhibition. Exhibitors may begin dismantling only after the stated hours in the exhibit period. Exhibitors are responsible for removal of all materials used in their display.
Banner Printing for the Exhibitor Company:
Each booth will have a standard horizontal banner which will have name of the exhibitor company printed in Arabic and English. The banner will be mounted above the stand that will be fitted to accommodate the booth area. The banner printing for the exhibitor company will be arranged by GEO.

Description of Booth Space:
Area of the Exhibition Hall is 447 m2. Exhibition booths are available for KD.500/- for the Conference duration for 3 days. There will be approximately 27 booths of size dimension 3mx3m as specified in the attached layout. Included in the booth space is the following:
Note: Any additional requirement with regard to your booth setup or additional accessories which is not included in the above mentioned should be arranged by the exhibitor company.
